We are pleased to have equipped the fruit and vegetable processing facility at the Business Incubator in Biograd na Moru. A complete set of equipment for cooking and drying fruit and vegetables has been delivered, consisting of:

Electric fruit and vegetable dryer with a tray surface area of 20 m²

Device for blanching and sterilization

Fruit and vegetable pulper with a 4 kW electric motor

Vacuum kettle for marmalades, enabling evaporation at 60 °C and an absolute pressure of only 0.2 bar

Pneumatic filling machine

Pneumatic twist-off capping machine

Jar pasteurizer with 3 interchangeable baskets

Semi-automatic packaging machine for dried products with vibration table

In addition to the listed equipment, we delivered work tables, shelving, a refrigerator, a convection oven, blenders, and other small tools and measuring devices, fully equipping the facility and making it ready for successful operation.
